Retirement Plus has at its core some of Australia’s most passionate ‘thinkers’ and ‘doers’ in retirement living. This national and international expertise is combined with our in-house development, construction, finance, accounting, marketing, health-care and operational skills. Retirement Plus is well positioned to provide supported living communities for those over the age of 75 who are planning their future lifestyle, who may be becoming frail or simply finding routine domestic activities a chore.
Retirement Plus is developing a number of ‘full service’ retirement communities which we believe are setting the benchmark in seniors’ housing in Australia.
The partners in the Retirement Plus team are Ron Hopkins, Peter McClintock and Alan MacRae.
Alan was involved in the development of Australia’s first supported living communities in NSW and QLD. These projects demonstrated the demand and expectation of a new and far superior product in Aged Care.
Retirement Plus has continued the growth of the concept during the evolution of our current Retirement Plus branded supported living communities.
Retirement Plus’ current projects are planned and designed using improved principles and expertise gained from our previous projects, as well as from international experience, research and best practice.
Our supported living communities are based on the foundation of ‘support’ that gives our residents the ability to live as independently as possible for as long as possible whilst having access to a full range of hospitality and care services including personal and nursing care, all in the privacy of their own apartment.
Our partners are supported by an energetic and dedicated team of health, hospitality and operational specialists, committed to enriching the daily lives of our residents whilst respecting their personal choices and dignity.
