have guests for longer periods you are asked to discuss this with the Manager.

- Do you offer assistance with moving?
Yes, when the time comes, this can be a big task but it is manageable. We can help you
make arrangements for packing, the move and the unpacking in your new apartment.
Simply discuss this with our staff who will be happy to help in any way.
- Will my unit increase in value?
Lismore has seen a substantial capital growth in the last 10 years. There is no guarantee that this growth will continue but some capital gain is likely. In the coming years there is going to be a 300% increase in the people aged over 80 years. This will apply additional
upward pressure on the value of Supported Living units.
- When I leave, who will arrange the reinstatement and sale of my unit?
When you leave, we provide a quotation for reinstatement works and we also provide you or your family with an indication of what the unit is worth. We then agree on the works to be done and the resale price of the unit. We will organise the reinstatement works and resell the apartment for you.
- If the community operators change, am I guaranteed all the services that I was promised, when I bought my unit from the developer, will stay the same?
If, or when the complex is on-sold to a different operator, the incoming operator will be
legally bound by the terms and conditions of the existing lease and services agreements.
All residents' rights will be protected according to their lease and services agreements.
