- Movement sensors, which can be used for security when residents are away and also for motion detection which could indicate a fall.
- Night time bathroom sensor, which are activated if a resident is in the bathroom too long which could indicate a fall.
- Reed switches, on the doors to monitor dementia residents and for security whilst residents are away.
- Bed sensors, which can detect bed wetting, fits and long absence from the bed during the night.
- Most common areas will have 24 / 7 CCTV monitoring for residents medical safety and security.
